About us
Founded back in 1999, Ignis Pte Ltd (Ignis) is a wholly privately owned company headquartered in Singapore, with operations in Malaysia, and China supporting our Singapore operations. Ignis Pte Ltd is currently the holding company for a group of 3 companies. The group provides IT services in the areas of Data Centre Co-location services, System Integration, and software systems.
Over the last 20 years, the Ignis group has grown to be a force in the local IT sector. Our customers range from local SMEs to local Enterprises and MNCs, relying on us to provide them with products and services critical to their business needs. Customers often rely on us to provide them with turn-key solutions from the various companies in the group.
We are continually looking out for opportunities to incubate other IT service portfolios complimentary to our group.

IGNIS PTE LTD
Founded in 1999, Ignis’ main business activity is to provide backroom and management support to the other companies in the group. Since 2016, it has started to offer bespoke Data Centre Co-Location services with one of the Tier 1 ISP in Singapore. This is a value-added service provided to existing customers from BizCube and TAK.
BIZCUBE SOLUTIONS PTE LTD
Incorporated in 2005, BizCube solutions was formerly restructured as part of the Ignis Group in 2011. BizCube Solutions is a software focused company providing bespoke software development services. It has successfully productised its’ flagship product CHARITAS and deployed in use of over 30 Non-profit organisations in Singapore. In recent years it has moved into Mobile App development and has developed some notable solutions in this area.
TAK SYSTEM INTEGRATION PTE LTD
TAK SYSTEM Integration was incorporated in 2006 and restructured into part of the Ignis Group in 2011. TAK SYSTEM Integration is an established name as an IT systems integrator in Singapore. Establishing strong partnerships with key technology vendors, TAK SYSTEM is able to provide design, implementation and post-implementation services to their various customers. Solution areas include IT systems, enterprise storage, data networking and IT security.

As part of its’ enhanced service offerings, Ignis offers bespoke co-location and hosting services. Customers hosting with us have the choice of starting from 2U, all the way up to a full rack. Other IT outsourcing services available include physical checks, regular maintenance, ad hoc support services and backups.
For those with more sophisticated IT needs, we can provide options like having their own ISP line, VPN, web application firewalls, dedicated bandwidth and shared compute resources.
